Partnership Overview
In May 2026 Obeikan Education, a leading provider of curriculum solutions and digital learning platforms in the Middle East, signed a strategic partnership with ZMROBO to expand robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) and science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education across Saudi schools.
Under the agreement Obeikan Education will introduce ZMROBO’s educational robotics solutions into classrooms to give students hands‑on experiences in coding, engineering and automation. ZMROBO develops comprehensive K‑12 education solutions that include self‑developed robotics hardware and software; the company notes that its solutions help schools carry out scientific and technological education and cultivate future innovators through courses, competitions and independent R&D. ZMROBO’s curriculum integrates AI applications with robots, providing a learning platform where students can build robots, program them and explore AI concepts in practical projects.
The partnership was formalized with an agreement signed by Mohamed Khalil, CEO of Obeikan Education, and Terry Zou, CEO of ZMROBO. Obeikan Education aims to enrich classroom learning by providing interactive, future‑focused solutions that encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and digital skills. The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by preparing learners for a technology‑driven economy.
Why This Partnership Matters
- Expanding access to robotics and AI education. ZMROBO’s K‑12 education solutions offer screen‑free programming, block coding, AI‑integrated robotics kits and competitions that develop logical thinking, hands‑on ability and innovation. Integrating these tools into Obeikan’s education ecosystem will give Saudi students exposure to emerging technologies.
- Support for Obeikan’s Advanced Technology Programs. Obeikan’s own advanced technology programs already emphasize robotics, AI, machine learning and drone technology, offering hands‑on workshops and collaborative projects. The ZMROBO partnership complements these programs, providing new hardware and software for building and programming robots and reinforcing Obeikan’s focus on future‑ready skills.
- Hands‑on learning and problem solving. ZMROBO’s curriculum encourages students to design and control robots while understanding AI principles. Combined with Obeikan’s emphasis on interactive workshops and mentor‑led training, the partnership will help students build creativity, teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
